Haircut Favorite Scrapbook

A memorable moment … Lily cuts her beautiful long and curly hair. First she was shocked that I cut it off. But after the whole family told her how cute she looks now she is very happy with her new look.

Journaling: After running some errands we came home and I quickly sat down at my computer to check my email. You were just a few meters away from me at the living room table and holding your crafting scissors in your hands you came to me and wanted to cut my bangs telling me that you had cut yours. I looked at you and felt a huge relief when I did not see anything special with your bangs. I did not immediately see that you had cut randomly into your long hair and that your curls were totally cut off just above your ears. We went back to the livingroom table where I saw some hair lying. I was still feeling peaceful and thought that we were lucky that you did not cut off more. I picked up the bunch and when I wanted to throw it away I saw that the trash bin was filled up with a huge pile of hair already. I turned around and looked at you closer.I was terrified but tried to keep cool. I told you that Mami would fix that and gave you a haircut à la Dora. You look so cute now. I can’t keep but smile when I think about the story behind your new hairdo.
