52 Photos Project Week 15 – Something Old & Long Forgotten

Here is my photo for this week’s Something Old & Long Forgotten prompt @ 52 photos project

The other day while my kids tried to occupy themselves as the rain was pouring outside they took this old viewmaster out op the cupboard. It was covered by other games, boards and cards. Needless to say that they had fun with it. I had a flashback into my childhood and I do remember how much I enjoyed viewing the different images and stories. The viewmaster turned out to be just perfect for the prompt ‘old and long forgotten’ … but I’ll add re-discovered.

I will add a second image which I took for the Friday assignment ‘Capture Motion’. My son Nicolas and I were preparing the fruit for our Mirabelle Liquor. To document this adventure I took a lot of images of the scene as well as close-up pictures which I LOVE. Nicolas was crushing the spices and after I took this photo he told me that I should use it for my motion assignment. Yep my kiddos are very interested and well informed about my art. So here it is.
